Description

Hi all, I am currently recruiting for a Sous Chef position for a lovely 4 star hotel on the coast with 100-120 cover restaurant who offer la carte evening service as well as a buffet style breakfast for up to 240. Looking for the right individual who:

- Has the ability to work with fresh ingredients

- Ability to manage an average sized Brigade

- Previous 4 star experience

- Able to handle volume

The correct candidate will receive a very solid basic of £36,000+ and benefits (dependent upon experience), personal development and the opportunity to be part of a fun and vibrant team. If you would like to find out more please apply below
