Bar Manager - City of London
This small 4* hotel is in an ideal location in the City of London. The bar can sit up to 200, 250 people per day, and they are looking for someone to make this Bar a project, and make sure that it reaches its full potential.
If you like the creative side of managing a Bar, this job is for you!
The basic salary starts from £32,000 with some flexibility for the right person. On top of that, you will receive a generous service charge, tips and other company benefits.
What you will mainly be doing:
- Come up with new menu ideas, test the new beverages and see what's the response from the public, collaborate closely with the F&B Manager to always thrive for improvement, until the guests, you and everyone is happy.
- Plan initiatives and events ideas to attract a bigger slice of the local market, supported by the S&M Team
- Train the Team, keep them motivated and driven to deliver a great service while enjoying their time on shift. Help them progress, as well being supported in your own progression.
Your voice will be listened to at every step, this relatively independent company strongly believes in their employees identity. They are looking for someone who is passionate, has a positive approach and is an hospitality enthusiast.
You must have already managed a busy bar in order to be considered for this role. Cocktails knowledge is required.
