Succulent Steaks and Cocktails are attracting a strong audience from both hotel residents and locals, so due to an uptake in business, my clients are looking for an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager who can take the business forward.To be considered for this role:
* We are looking for a guest centric, hands on, hardworking professional to join us at this very exciting time in our American style Steakhouse & Grill, 2 bars and events room for 120 people.
* You will ensure that our Guests receive the best possible service in a relaxed environment which provides a feeling of affordable glamour.
* You will also have an eye for detail and be able to demonstrate skills gained in a similar 4-star hotel.You will have a can-do attitude with an ability to work with and train a team.
* This is full time permanent position, working 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
