Description

Maintenance Manager - 4* Grade Listed Hotel - Surrey / Sussex Border - to £42/45K + Company Pension + Assisted Medical.

My client is a leading historic 130bed 4* listed hotel, part of a national chain currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to head up the Facilities & Engineering department of 4, reporting to the General Manager - the position would suit a strong Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer with 2-3yrs experience and good Health & Safety and Water Hygiene experience.

The successful applicant will be hands on and involved in general maintenance, H&S, water hygiene & treatment,works and have a strong background with hotels across electrical, AC and plumbing and some project work.
