Our client is a deluxe four-star hotel situated in Warwickshire and is currently recruiting for an exceptionally organised Conference Sales Executive to join the Sales & Events team.
The Sales & Events team are responsible for driving the hotel's revenue, across all departments, through focus and diligence, using professional dedication and a touch of innovation. It's a superb time to join a small, yet inspiring team of people, in a market that is set to explode.
We are looking for a superb individual who has an excellent background as a hands-on Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator working in medium sized hotels or conference venues that can accommodate up to 200 plus covers.
You will be responsible for organising events for a variety of businesses such as: Conference, Banqueting, Corporate Groups, and Special Events to maximise C&B revenue and profit through commercial rooms management.
Essential Skills:
* Conference and events Sales coordination experience in a similar sized property or conference centre.
* Used to handling a high volume of enquiries and dealing with these in a timely and professional manner and be able to work the hours to suit the business.
* Have excellent customer service skills to build good relationships with your customers and promote repeat bookings.
