Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Exciting new relaxed seafood and grill style restaurant opening in a 5 star hotel!
Location: Cornwall - Great opportunity to move away from hectic city life down to the magnificent English coast
Relocation support available (Temporary Accommodation)
Salary: £38,000 + Service Charge
Are you a seasoned Restaurant Manager with a passion for seafood? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you to lead their new opening restaurant.
Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the new relaxed seafood and grill restaurant.
- Lead a team of dedicated staff to ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation.
- Ensure smooth table turnovers during peak times (up to 70 covers
Requirements:
- Proven Restaurant Manager level experience (ideally 4/5 star)
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
