SALARY: up to £32,000 per year plus great employee benefits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager within a large deluxe hotel in the Cheshire area that prides itself as being one of the best hotels in the area. Tasked with the development of existing standards in the restaurant, you will be key to the success of the project.The Client
* A fantastic venue of large facilities with well-appointed bedrooms, stylish public areas and equally impressive food and beverage facilities. Part of a rapidly expanding hotel group.* My client requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the restaurant team. You will drive the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered.Your background
* You will have background demonstrating a depth of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant in large branded four-star hotels.
* Commercially astute with sound financial acumen
* Your CV needs to demonstrate a reasoned and measured career with exceptional strength in restaurant operations.
* Highly motivated you will be a natural leader that supports and empowers his/ her team.
