ROLE: Food and Beverage Manager
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: £35,000 per year plus some exciting employee benefits.
Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, this stylish and modern 4-star Hotel & Golf Club has created a brand-new position of Food and Beverage Manager. This hotel is a major venue in the Cheshire region, with over 100 luxurious rooms, restaurant and bar, Conference facilities for over 200 delegates.
The Job:
* With a fully staffed department, your role will be to develop, coach and lead this very friendly team to deliver the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered as per the brand standards.
* The hotel has a very busy restaurant at breakfast and buffet lunches for conference delegates and needs a Restaurant Manager to oversee and support the team and handle the pressure during this time.
* Dinner is open to all guests with an open plan theatre kitchen offering a great menu.
We would like someone:
* Who is looking for the next step in their career, a Restaurant Manager looking for their first F&B Manager role.
* To focus on the food service across the restaurant and lounge bar to ensure a smooth flow of service all round.
* Ideally from a hotel background but we will also consider stand alone restaurants or a pub with a very strong food operation.
* Ideally lives in the local area with a car as employee accommodation is not available.
