An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Reservations Executive to join a young late night bar company based in the Clapham areas. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for experienced Sales & Reservations Executive who can meet the high standards needed to cover their venues. Due to the demand to servicing their discerning clients, they are looking for like minded individuals who have worked in a similar late night bar/club company with experience in reservation management to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Description
As a Sales & Reservation Executive you will be responsible for:
- Taking telephone calls
- Providing welcoming service to the clientele
- All aspects of guest relations
- Assisting in general enquiries including bookings and reservation requests, dealing with enquiries with follow up calls
- Optimising pre booked reservations
- Help assist with regular show rounds and dealing with event enquiries from time to time
- Working closely with the Sales & Reservations Manager
- Managing two venues reservations
- Follow company and department procedures
- Having good admin skills
- Help assist the management teams with weekly updates
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
The Ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in a similar reservations role within the late night bar/club environment
- Be able to work within a small team and individually
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- Pays a lot of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Design my night & Collins software
- Must have high customer service skills with great telephone manners
- Commercially aware of competitors and analysis
- Must have an understanding of pre booked revenue & optimising sales
- Used to be proactive & reactive sales
- Being able to act upon different situations in a precise and professional manner
- Able to follow clear instructions
- Experienced in handling all sales related projects
- Used to dealing with reports
- Being proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a similar late night bar/club at Reservations Executive level.
