I am currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant restaurant manager for a stunning multi-award winning property in Buckinghamshire
- Up to £35,000 Package (Basic + Service)
- Free on-site staff parking and meals on duty.

This property is looking to further develop their already award winning restaurant with the appointment of a passionate and engaging Assistant Restaurant manager that has a strong background in a highly modern offering and an understanding and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing the dining experience.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to optimise the dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Contribute to the development of promotional activities and events to attract new and repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
