Join our dynamic team as the Group Head Housekeeper for two exquisite hotels located in close proximity in the Birmingham area. If you are passionate about maintaining impeccable standards, managing diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Dual Management: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping departments for two neighbouring hotels, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient work flow.
* Reporting Excellence: Create detailed reports to monitor and analyse housekeeping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Standards Management: Maintain and elevate the high cleanliness and service standards of both hotels. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
* Hands-On Leadership: Be a hands-on leader, jumping in when needed to support your team and ensure a spotless environment for our guests.
Qualifications:
* Proven Experience in a housekeeping management role in a hotel, with a successful track record in overseeing multiple departments simultaneously.
* Team Player: Collaborative and effective communication skills to work seamlessly with other hotel departments to achieve overall guest satisfaction.
* Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout both hotels.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
