Key Responsibilities:- Departmental Ownership: Take charge of the Restaurant, Bar, and Events departments, ensuring seamless daily operations and providing leadership to departmental heads for the enhancement of service levels.
- Team Development: Inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Encourage a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Sales and Reputation Building: Utilise your commercial acumen and financial knowledge to drive sales and contribute to the hotel's stellar reputation. Your strategic approach will be pivotal in elevating our offerings.
- Hands-On Leadership: Embrace a hands-on approach to management, demonstrating an equal passion for service and staff development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within a 4-star corporate hotel, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
