As a pivotal member of our team, you will take charge of the daily operations of our high-quality food and drink outlets. We are in search of an accomplished and strong leader with a stable and robust background in branded Hotel F&B management. Your focus will be on service delivery, staff development/training, and profit conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage both restaurant and meeting and events with a hands-on approach
* Utilize high-volume experience to drive operational excellence

Requirements:
* Proven track record in branded Hotel F&B Management
* High-volume experience in both Restaurant and Meeting and Events
