Reservations Manager - 4* Modern Hotel - Buckinghamshire - £30K + Bonus.
I am currently recruiting for a Reservations Manager for a 180bed 4* stunning property to oversee the management of the conversion of rooms and groups enquiries for 180 rooms across the hotel and contribute to the growth of the business through maximisation of occupancy and revenue, supervising the reservations team of 3 and reporting to the Director of Sales.
The position offers a salary of up to 30K + 10% bonus + Bonus + excellent company benefits.
The successful applicant will have strong experience at Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor level, handling and converting inbound rooms enquiries within a large hotel setting for 2-3 years.
