JWR is currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for a multi-award-winning Hotel in a popular devon location for their brasserie offering.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to lead your team and deliver a first-class service to all its guests in a relaxed brasserie environment, whilst always focusing on the highest level of standards possible.As Restaurant Manager, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, reporting directly to the GM. You will play a vital role in ensuring standards are maintained.
You will have a strong commercial understanding whilst controlling operational costs and maximising profitability, efficiency and guest satisfaction, maximising all sales opportunities.
Leading your team with a hands-on approach, you will provide training to enable the team members to carry out their duties effectively.
As Restaurant Manager, you will have previous experience within a similar sized environment with the ability to manage a 40+ cover restaurant to a high standard.
You will be hungry to continue to develop your career with a group that has excellent opportunities for progression.
Required Skills- Overall day to day running of a restaurant & bar operation.
- Ensure restaurant and team are presented to the highest standard and always delivering the best possible service.
- Passionate about recruiting the right people, and training and developing a team.
- Key focus on cost control and rota planning
- A strong motivator and team leader
- Previous experience in similar role desirable,
- Good knowledge of quality food & wine
