Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets of up to 5
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel sales and management
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the London hospitality market
