* Maintain company GP %JWR is excited to be working with a top hotel locate in Basingstoke, looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen team with the view of taking the kitchen to the next level while upholding the already exceptional reputation.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to be the driving forces in providing the first class experiences the guests have come to expect and produce high-quality, locally sourced, well-balanced dishes across all menus, while motivating and developing the junior chefs in the kitchen.
The hotel boasts 12 event spaces for up to 1,500 guests so experience with volume is crucial
