Description

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Michelin Star

JWR is currently looking to recruit a top quality Assistant Restaurant Manager, with previous Michelin star/multi-Rosette experience to support in leading the team at a stunning luxury boutique hotel.

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

  • £33.5K including Gratuities
  • 4 day week
  • Paid overtime
  • Great opportunities to progress and develop
  • No live in available, candidate will need to be willing to relocate and source own accommodation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar role with a minimum of one years experience
  • Passion for service
  • Hands on approach, positive and flexible with a focused approach to deliver high standards of service putting guest and staff needs at the heart of what they do
  • Strong knowledge of quality food & drink - up to date with current trends
