Financial Controller - Oxfordshire - £35k + benefits
The Job:
* Manage a small team
* reporting to the GM and owners representative
* t/o IRO £5m
* be proactive with regard to costs throughout the property.
* To ensure company standards are complied with and that any deviations highlighted and acted upon.
* To safeguard hotel assets in accordance with the company's standards by maintaining control over all receipts and disbursements and preparing the proper analyses for guidance of management.The Client:

The Essential Skills:
For this role the ideal Financial controller will have
- Previous experience within the corporate hotel sector at Financial Controller or assistant financial controller level
* Experience of managing developing strong relationships with the internal and external customers
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ideally living in the surrounding Oxfordshire area
