I am currently recruiting a unique hotel located in South Oxfordshire / Home Counties, looking for an experienced & passionate Spa and Leisure Manager.

My client requires a Spa and Leisure Manager who will work with the team of 5 across spa staff and 2 leisure staff to deliver treatments as required as well as focus on the daily running of the Spa and leisure club operation.Spa Days and Spa Weekends are also popular and we need someone who can drive the business forward as it has a huge potential for more and needs someone to give it the passion and enthusiasm it deserves.
The Essential Skills
* You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a skilled retinue of staff within a 4* property with Spa and leisure with a recognised pool plant qualification.* Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email
* Must be commercially aware with financial understanding of the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets
* Must be self-driven, passionate and willing to be 'hands-on' when required
