Assistant Restaurant manager - Croydon
Our client, a stunning Busy 4 star hotel are now looking to further strengthen their team with the appointment of a strong and passionate Assistant Restaurant manager
The Role:
- Reporting to the Restaurant manager you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Managing a team of 30+ staff across three outlets within the property to include a restaurant, a relaxed dining environment and banqueting.
- Developing the restaurant offering 130 covers presently operating as buffet style breakfast, A la carte lunch and evening service, a busy relaxed dining environment and extensive lounge area
- development of your team ensuring that all service level procedures are met and exceeded.
- Able to drive business through your extensive knowledge and experience of a similar sized environment.
- Working straight 9 hour shifts (5 over 7)
The Person:
- Experienced Food and Beverage services manager or Assistant restaurant manager within the 4 star market with F&B revenue in excess of £1.5m
- Strong UK based 4 star experiences essential
- An excellent communicator
- Warm and friendly disposition
- Passionate and enthusiastic about food and service levels
