ROLE : Food and Beverage Manager
LOCATION: Cheltenham Gloucestershire
SALARY:£40-£45,000 per year plus excellent benefits.- Meals on duty

A luxurious four-star hotel with exceptional facilities for both business & leisure guests within the stunning Gloucestershire countryside requires an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the team on daily basis to ensure that all of our guests are receiving the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered throughout our F&B departments.
The Essential Skills:
* Must have previous 4-star hotel Food and Beverage operations management experience within a circa 100-bedroom operation.
* Must have the capability to lead from the front with a hands-on attitude and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards.
* Possess very strong F&B knowledge, to support your team in the Restaurant, Bar and Conference departments. Proven experience of a high-quality food operation but also possessing a broad background of all other areas within the business
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation.
* Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service.
