JWR is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team. Their pubs are at the heart of the village community with crackling log fires and a welcoming bar specialising in cocktails and some of your favourite local beers. Their menu also celebrates local producers
Package
- Full-time contract | 48 hours per week | 5 out of any 7 days
- £28,500 per annum + £5k tronc

As a Chef de Partie, you will be able to execute all dishes as per menu specs. Ideally, you'll have worked with fresh food, in a pub restaurant environment before or you'll just simply have a passion for food so that the basics come easily to you.
Your natural confidence will enable you to give calm and clear instructions during busy periods. You'll be very organised and able to coordinate your station seamlessly.
Required Skills:
- Execute all dishes as per menu specs.
- Ensure kitchen audit requirements are adhered to
- Sharing your knowledge and passion for food with your team
- Ensure your section is fully set for the next day with fresh MEP
- Comply with the kitchen health and safety procedures and highlight any issues to Sous or Head Chef.
