Hotel/Resort - North Devon
JWR is currently working with a luxury resort, looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join their team to support in driving and significantly increasing revenues across all areas of the business.

The Resort offers a range of high standard accommodation, countryside leisure activities, spa services, dining options, sporting activities and local experiences.
As Sales Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving new sales leads, expanding the business network, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Your focus will be on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets for accommodations, food and beverage, meetings and events & leisure.Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Sales Manager? Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads from existing business, catering to individual guests, groups, and meetings and events.
- Represent the resort at prominent trade shows and exhibitions
- Conduct show rounds and site visits to showcase the unique offerings of the resort.
- Coordinate meet-and-greet sessions for press, media, travel trade, and VIP stays.
- Manage relationships with local organisations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with specialised third parties
- Handle relationships with relevant memberships
- Foster a sales culture on-site for lead generation, understanding customer preferences and sources of information.
- Nurture connections with local media, including TV, newspapers, magazines, and radio.
- Monitor competitors for ideas and initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing sales activities and results.
