As Reception Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key part in the day to day running of the holiday park receptionYou will already be an experienced Reception Manager/Supervisor, with previous experience within a holiday park/hotel environment.
As Reception Manager, you will maintain service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, support in driving sales conversion and assist with maximising revenues across all departments.
As Reception Manager, you will have excellent customer and interpersonal skills and be someone who is a natural team leader. In this role you will be responsible for managing all the operational aspects of the Reception Desk.
The successful candidate will ensure that the reception team provide an efficient and top-quality service providing the ultimate guest experience for all their customers.
This is a key position within the business, so the successful candidate has to be extremely hard working, dedicated and committed to go the extra mile for their guests, a real people's person, but very much a hands-on as this is not an office role.
Required Skills- Experience within a similar family focused environment
- Day to day running of reception
- Delivering excellent customer service for all guests.
- Answering the telephone, emails and general enquiries
- Checking guests in and out, create bookings and taking payments
- Dealing with complaints
- Helping to ensure safety of customers and staff
- Be friendly and approachable with an organised approach. Able to prioritise tasks as necessary
- Strong IT skills
