The Role:
Experience Chef de Cuisine that can collaborate with the team in delivering that unique dining experience that the restaurant is recognised for.
Experience required as Chef de Cuisine:
Currently working as Chef de Cuisine/Head Chef within a Michelin Star Restaurant
Previous experience in Two or Three Michelin Star Restaurants
Experience in working with a small and dynamic team
Able to inspire and motivate your team ensuring that the Michelin Star standards are maintained all the time
Recruit, retain and develop exceptional talent
Personable and engaging with a strong sense of standards
The Package:
Up to €75,000 plus tips
