Recently refurbished modern, 4-star Hotels now require an experienced Cluster Housekeeping Manager to manage and run the daily operation of the housekeeping departments in 2 hotels located very closely together.

With a full Housekeeping team on both sites including a Housekeeping Supervisor and Shift leader in each property, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping departments, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels.

The ideal candidate will be someone that has previous experience as an executive Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper in a guest facing role within 4-star hotels. A great personality is key for this role with a warmth and ability to build rapport quickly with your colleagues and guests.

We are looking for a Cluster Housekeeping Manager who has an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work.
Leading by example, make sure that the guest rooms, (there over 100 of them in each hotel) and public areas, conference rooms are kept clean and well maintained by your team, with the occasional hands on support from you when one of your supervisors is not on site, checking rooms and ensuring the standards are being met.

This is a busy and exciting role with the main area of responsibility including supervising, leading and motivating the teams with a focus on dedication of the highest level of cleanliness. The Cluster Housekeeping Manager will also assist in the forward planning of the department and always ensuring Guest and Employee satisfaction.
