Chef de Partie - Members Club - Central London
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a well established Private members club in Central London. The restaurant offers contemporary fine dining British cuisine using the best ingredients with a seasonal changing menu, working alongside an experienced Executive Head Chef and a passionate Culinary Team, with a focus for details and passion for giving memorable experiences to each Guest.
Role details:
- Chef de Partie
- Fine dining contemporary British cuisine
- £31,000 + paid overtime over 40 hours (1.5 hours for each extra hour)
- Monday to Friday
- Quality over quantity with a strong focus on details
Requirements:
- Fine dining experience as a Chef de Partie
- Knowledge of British cuisine
- A stable work history
- Attention to details
- Right to work in the UK
- A hands on, proactive personality that will gel well within the team
