The Essential Food and Beverage Manager Skills:
- You will be an established hotel Food and Beverage who has held responsibility for a P&L of £3m or more in leading UK hotels.
- Resort or very large city centre hotel experience will suit though exposure to large events and multi-F&B outlets is a must.
