Our client is one of the finest finedining Michelin star restaurants in the South Wales area currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef with 3AA rosette / 1 Michelin* experience.
The restaurant offers both regular changing menu, 3AA rose fine dining, seen as one of the best restaurants in the region and looking for a very busy Summer.
The Role: Junior Sous Chef
Role Criteria
- The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have previous 2AA or ideally 3AA / Michelin star experience, this is a must
- The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The Junior Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
- Junior Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
- The successful Junior Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar 2AA/3AA quality operation.
