Responsibilities of the Sales Director:* In this strategic role, the Sales Director will oversee the hotel's Sales & Marketing strategy, directing the sales and marketing team to maximise revenue from Key Hotel Corporate Accounts and Meetings and Events Sales. Additionally, your focus will be on consistently acquiring new clients.
* Maintain a keen commercial awareness of the local area, identifying and capitalising on emerging opportunities.
Essential Skills for a Sales Director:* The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Director of Sales positions within corporate hotel companies, preferably with a solid understanding of the North West region.
* A robust background in Meeting & Events Sales within the 4-star hotel market is essential.
* While prior experience in hotel marketing is beneficial, training will be provided for candidates meeting all other criteria.
