Position Overview: As the Food and Beverage Director, you will lead the culinary team to new heights of success. Your role will encompass overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations. From crafting innovative menus to ensuring flawless execution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the F & B experiences across the property
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate the quality and profitability of food and beverage offerings.
- Lead and inspire a team of talented chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Curate diverse and enticing menus that reflect culinary trends, local flavors, and seasonal ingredients.
- Establish and maintain high standards of service excellence, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the food and beverage department.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue streams to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior food and beverage leadership role within 4 / 5 star hotels
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, beverage trends, and large conference and banqueting
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
