The Role:
This prominent operation near the Historic City of Oxford is now seeking to appoint a highly passionate and experienced Head of Food and Beverage with the following skills:
Knowledge of managing and leading 20+ full time and extensive casuals and managers within both volume and fine dining (800 covers per day in one area, fine dining with wine pairing offering in another restaurant, private dining, and high-profile events)
Strong interpersonal skills
WSET level 3 (essential)
A passionate and hands on leader happy taking the helm and modernising service levels within an exceptional setting.
Able to control and manage a department with c£2m turnover.
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Ability to manage an extensive highly enviable wine cellar with bonded wines
