ROLE: Hotel Restaurant Manager
LOCATION: Blackpool, Lancashire
SALARY: Circa £30,00 per year
A centrally located iconic Hotel in the heart of Blackpool is seeking a Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of this 180-cover hotel restaurant.
A great personality is key for this role with a warmth and ability to build rapport quickly with staff and guests as the restaurant is very popular with regular diners and residents.
You will be responsible for leading & motivating the restaurant team to drive the highest levels of customer service, so you will ideally from quality restaurant environment that offers quality food and good service.
The Essential Skills:
* Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in an independent, standalone quality restaurant or Hotel restaurant where service and food delivery are of a high standard.
* We would consider an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven quality background looking for their first Managerial role.
* Ability to help support with the running of any events or celebrations being held will be a distinct advantage but not necessary as we have a M&E Manager on site.
* Desire to drive the business forward with introduction of new ideas and menus.
The Desirable Skills:
* Strong leader with previous experience of managing a dedicated & long serving team.
* Able to motivate and drive success of your team and department.
* Remain calm throughout busy service, ensuring that guests feel like they are special and not rushed throughout their dining experience.
* Schedule staff working hours to match the business needs.
* Organise, plan, and priorities.
