ROLE: Hotel Maintenance Manager (single or dual site)
LOCATION: Blackpool
SALARY: Up to £46,000 per year depending upon single site or dual site role plus additional benefits which include:

Our client is an iconic hotel property within the Blackpool area and is recruiting for a Hotel Maintenance Manager. You will be expected to take control, accountability, and ownership for the general day-to-day maintenance of a large hotel operation, as well as statutory compliance. You will also make recommendations for larger scale project work, but you may also take on some smaller projects in house.
The Essential Skills:
Personal qualities required for the Hotel Maintenance Manager role are:
* Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably experienced within the hospitality industry but not essential
* Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently under pressure.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
* Certification in relevant areas such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is desirable.
* Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
