Maintenance Manager - 4* Hotel - Berkshire - to £40K + Extensive Benefits.

My client is a leading historic 96bed 4* hotel, part of a large chain currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to head up the Facilities & Engineering department of 2, reporting to the General Manager - the position would suit a strong Maintenance, Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer with 3-5yrs experience and good Health & Safety and trade experience.

The successful applicant will be hands on and involved in plumbing specifically, general maintenance, H&S, water hygiene & treatment,works and have a strong background with hotels.
