Food and Beverage Manager - just 18min from Windsor Town Centre
This delightful Luxury Hotel set in extensive grounds, offering a stunning dining restaurant, bars and limited banqueting and events is now looking for a Food and beverage manager with a similar background to assist in driving standards through the effective leadership of a passionate and friendly team, whilst maintaining a hands on presence within the operation
Reporting to the General Manager, you will already be in a similar Food and Beverage Management role within the UK 4 star market now looking for an opportunity to work with an engaging and highly personable team, within an award winning property
With F&B revenue generated from multiple streams and growing as new projects come to fruition this is a hands on operational role where your ability to manage teams leading by example are critical to the success and consistency of the delivery
What they Need!
Already a Food and Beverage Manager within high quality 4 Hotel or similar in the UK,
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Hands on as this is a floor based role
strong people leadership skills
Have the ability to relocate or commute to the Windsor, Maidenhead +/- 20 mins area
A strong understanding of leading and developing a team of enthusiastic staff within the UK
and a genuine passion for the guest journey
