Sales Office Manager - Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire to £45K + 10% quarterly Bonus / Pension
I am currently recruiting for a small hotel chain for a Sales Office Manager based in their 150bed 4* property based on the border of Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire countryside to oversee the sales office and all inbound M&E enquiries and to manage 8 coordinators and sales executives.
The site offers event space up to 250cv capacity externally and corporate events, parties, get togethers etc and the role will look after sales also for weddings up to 150cv.
Candidates will have a strong sales office management experience and an excellent background in reactive events and wedding sales within the hotel or events sector coupled with excellent people management.
