JWR is currently working with an amazing Hotel / Resort in a stunning Devon location looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support the Director of Sales and Marketing with increasing the brands online presence, driving revenues across all departments including Rooms, F&B, Spa & Leisure & M&E

As Digital marketing Manager, you will create, manage and review all digital marketing campaigns whilst continually developing the brands website and social media accounts to increase traffic & engagement.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the online content strategy for the business whilst utilising an existing database, you will also manage and build the CRM creating enticing campaigns.

Required skills.

• A good understanding of the hospitality industry
• Previous experience managing and leading digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of web analytic tools
• Ability to build and oversee social media platforms to reach a new and wider audience, raising brand awareness.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Up to date with current trends and a genuine passion for all digital.
• Experience with PPC and sponsored social campaigns.
• Strong analytic ability
