I am looking for an experienced Director of Sales for one of the UK's Premium Hotel & Leisure Groups. In this strategic role, the Director of Sales will oversee the hotel's Sales & Marketing strategy, directing the sales and marketing team to maximise revenue from Key Hotel Corporate Accounts and Meetings and Events Sales. You will also be required to focus on acquiring new clients.Ideally you will have worked in the area to maintain a keen commercial awareness of the local area, identifying and capitalising on emerging opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Director of Sales position within corporate hotel companies, preferably with a solid understanding of the North West region.
A robust background in Meeting & Events Sales within the 4-star hotel market is essential.
While prior experience in hotel marketing is beneficial, training will be provided for candidates meeting all other criteria.
