An independent Boutique Hotel & Spa in the Worcestershire area are looking for a customer service focused Restaurant and Bar Manager. With fabulous décor and themed lounge bar area, the restaurant serves delicious and appetising menus using seasonal produce and a notable wine list to complement.
We need an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager from either a hotel or standalone independent restaurant with a passion for food and drink as well as delivering an exceptional customer service, to step up into this exciting role.
As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the 100+ seater restaurant, events room bar which will hold up to 300 guests as well as the sports themed lounge bar area which is mainly used by the hotel guests.
The hotel has a very good sleeper/ diner ratio so you will be able to manage rotas, labour costs and other expenses effectively.
You will also work with the F&B Manager & Head Chef to continually improve all aspects of restaurant service.
With a dedicated team, you will oversee the training and development of the restaurant team, both scheduled and on the job to ensure your team have excellent product knowledge.
