Head Chef/Manager - Central Production Kitchen Up to £50,000 + Bonuses + Benefits, Wembley Areas

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Experienced Head Chef/Manager to join a newly launched central production kitchen company in the Wembley areas. They want someone who can come into the business who can overlook the entire operation & logistics for the newly opened Central Production kitchen. The client and is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Head Chef/Manager who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar production kitchen with experience at Head Chef or a Manager level to join their team on a permanent basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for cooking with creative ingredients
• A leader not a boss
• A creative flair
• Flexible in working occasional weekends when needed
• Used to working in a high volume environment
• Understand all about food production
• Managing a brigade of up to 20+ including drivers
• Likes to train and develop others
• Understands all about food hygiene, logistics, food quality and standards
• Must have fresh food experience & dealing with large teams
• Must be able to deal with daily/weekly/monthly production charts
• Deal with fresh produce
• Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
• Experience with GP, costing, wastage management, ordering, stock etc..
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• A stable work history
