- A people person, a Head Chef that thrives on the development of their team.
- You will need to be a Head Chef that enjoys the cut and thrust of a busy service with numerous events/covers being delivered at the same time. As comfortable on the pass as on the stove.
- An innovate individual who has a strong understanding of food trends.
- You will have worked in large four or five star hotels or within large contract catering venues.
As Head Chef for this multi-outlet prestigious venue, alongside the Executive Head Chef, you will be tasked with the operational excellence for the site ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest level. You will be adept at managing a large diverse facility with extensive M&E serving in excess of 1000 + covers daily, utilising the finest seasonal & local produce available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a highly successful company and grow further in their career.
