Cocktail Bar Manager - Hampshire
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cocktail Bar Manager to join our client based in a stunning property in the Farnborough area . As a Cocktail Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our elegant Bar offering stunning panoramic views ensuring excellent guest service, managing the team, and maintaining high standards of service. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry exceptional cocktail knowledge and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high end stand alone restaurants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team as you will have 8 enthusiastic ones under your leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
