The site capacity is 70 covers and has a real charm to it. Full team currently in place and expectations are to work closely with Group Exec chef to ensure the kitchen is running to its full potential and the team are looked after.

What you will do:

• Fully accountable for all kitchen operations
• Ensure food is handled and prepared to the very highest standard
• Develop and nurture the team of 15
• Communicate clearly with other senior management to ensure smooth running
• Emphasis upon H&S
• Strong analytic skills ensuring financial targets are met
• Ooze with enthusiasm
