This stunning 4 star luxurious hotel on the outskirts of Coventry is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of its very popular restaurant.

Your role will be to develop and improve what we have, to train and lead the team and progress our service and delivery to the next level.

We need an experienced, passionate Hotel Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with a unique creative flair, spark and sophistication and be able to work with the growing restaurant team as we look to deliver first class service.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to manage the day-to-day restaurant operation, with a hands-on approach and be able to thrive in an extremely busy service for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

You must be competent to manage the peaks and troughs of the operation as well as being able to control and manage the high volume of guests wanting to dine at the same time with excellent diary management and working with reception to control the bookings.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a good career in hotel restaurant management at Manager or Assistant Manager level in an independent or luxury restaurant.
• wants to develop and grow their career within an award winning restaurant and develop the food and wine knowledge.

The hotel also offers support to candidates who wish to relocate to the area offering short term accommodation on site.
