Head Chef - North London - £45k
Award winning pub & bar group which has a portfolio on unique sites across London. Group is currently going through growth and looking for a Head Chef for their neighbourhood style fresh food site. Currently a strong established team in place both BOH & FOH with site operating at medium volume with emphasis upon strong trading weekends.

What you will do:
- Fully accountable for all kitchen operations
- Ensure food is handled and prepared to the very highest standard
- Develop and nurture the team of 7
- Communicate clearly with other senior management to ensure smooth running
- Emphasis upon H&S
- Strong analytic skills ensuring financial targets are met
