- Description
We're seeking a Sous Chef with confidence and ability to lead and support a dynamic team. The Sous Chef will assist the the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing the sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering and rotas, as well as having the opportunity to progress within a successful and established independent group driven by real passion for food and genuine hospitality.
