Assistant Leisure Club Manager - East Sussex - 4* Hotel and Country Club - To £32k

Benefits:

I am currently recruiting for a hands on and operational Assistant Leisure Manager for this 4* 100bed hotel in East Sussex to oversee their leisure club, increase membership through sales and also the overall management of PT, gym, pool and sauna.

The successful applicant will have 1-3yrs experience within as an Assistant Leisure Club Manager or Supervisor and will oversee a team of 5 leisure staff, reporting to the the Leisure Club & Spa Manager.

The ideal Leisure Manager will be hands on, highly visible and sales focused and help with the management of the leisure operation, be able to to drive new memberships and fitness programs.
