As Executive Head Chef, you'll spearhead operational excellence, ensuring top-notch execution of food offerings and standards. Your expertise will extend to adeptly managing both permanent and temporary staff across a large team
Your responsibilities will include overseeing two distinct kitchens within the hotel, encompassing a prestigious branded restaurant and catering for banquets and events hosting up to 1000 guests
